Choosing the right Cylinder or Tool for your specific application:
- Determine the force required (add an extra 20% as a rule of thumb).
- Determine the total amount of oil required for each cylinder(s) and/or tool(s).
- Determine the closed height, stroke requirement and diameter footprint allowable.
- Push and/or pull requirement. For cylinders, single acting, mechanical or spring return or double acting hydraulically driven both ways.
